Wendy Brewer is an artist and educator living in Corvallis, Oregon. She has a degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, Ca and has worked in clay and various other art mediums for much of her life. She’s taught children’s art programs for the Corvallis School District and for the Corvallis Arts Center.

Since 1996, Wendy has been doing mosaic work using glass, tile, and natural and found objects. Currently she is working with the Corvallis Arts Center’s “ArtsCare” Program which places artists in health care environments to work with patients, or staff, or to beautify facilities – for the healing benefit of all. Through the ArtsCare program, Wendy has worked with larger groups creating community mosaic mural projects, as well as more intimate groups in workshop settings, creating individual mosaic pieces. She feels very fortunate to have combined both her passion for art and her love of working with people.
